Reiki is a Japanese expression; the combination of two words, rei (universal) and ki (spiritually guided life force energy).  This is the energy that flows through all living things.  Reiki is channeled through the practitioner's hands to the recipient. It activates and enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself and aligns body, mind and spirit. Benefits of Reiki include:
